I was just able to do that using PG Offline. If you have > 1000 messages, you'll need to buy it for $25. It does take a while because of Yahoo, but does work. A plus is the message search is pretty

She may well have changed her email address, but did that "change" include editing her Groups.io Account so that it knew of the change? The presence of an email address at the right of the "blue bar"

Here's the report . . . All is OK and we are now at Step 1. I've not heard anything by way of an explanation but my guess is that it took so long to get the second group into the queue (about 2 weeks)
