Not sure if it will work for you, but... If you plan to set everyone to New User Moderated (NuM), you could just select the entire page using the check box at the upper left, then scroll down and set

You'd both need to be involved.? On your group, go to the member list, click on the line for that member (except on the check box), scroll down to the bottom, and click the Send Confirmation Email

Julie -- If a reply goes out to the group, the person replied to will receive it also...after moderation. On that basis I believe Shal's recommendation was "Reply to Group," NOT "Reply to Sender".
