No, Bulk Remove is a different function than Remove.? If you had used the Action box (at the bottom) to select Remove, they would be gone.? For Bulk Remove, you have to enter each email address.

You should check the activity log around this time for any relevant entries. It's?possible that another Moderator responded to the notice and removed the offending photo before you got around to it.
