Welcome to the club! Any automated Members Notices are sent from the +owner address. It appears that these two were direct replies to the Group Guidelines and were not actually posted to the subgroup

This status message suggests that your invitation did not go through. Sometimes Yahoo has problems with their invitation system. You did send the invitation from your YAHOO group, right? Yes. See
