I've seen messages from both Groups.IO and YahooGroups be bounced by GMail for no apparent reason. GMail also has a habit of putting about five percent of list messages into the spam folder. jonathon

SIRMick, Yes. Same as the primary group. Visit the subgroup's Settings page, click on the Cover Photo tab. Yes, the subgroup's settings are (nearly) independent of the primary group's settings.

I believe it happens when they have a filter set to move emails from the group into a folder/label, which catches both the 'sent' version from gmail, and the incoming email via groups.io (
