I never give out email addresses without prior approval. For me, I look in the yahoo (now inactive) group and email the person (B) and tell them (A) would like their address is it okay to give it out?

Chris,I prefer the sentence be included. I've just lost a member due to this policy. I'd almost classify this as a fair trade problem in that small service providers are forced into doing this yet

As others have said, put them on moderated status and send them a message as to what is expected.? Give them a couple of chances to conform and third strike remove them from the group and ban them.

Are they doing this on purpose? If so, the suggestions of warning, then booting or putting them on moderation, then adding a suitable subject would work. Just curious, why do you put up with them?
