It sounds like you have a domain with an email server that's not accepting emails from Groups.io.? GIO only changes the from address to be "via groups.io" when the expected destination is a known

The group title can be whatever you want. You can go to Settings and change the Group Title. /g/GroupManagersForum/wiki/12672 You can rename a group as well. But there are cautions.

I assume so. Unbanning isn't straightforward though. The "unbanned" person needs to rejoin after being unbanned. See Help -
