Ken, I wouldn't think so. With Yahoo not sending out any group messages the number of member posts that bounce on the way in should tail off rather quickly. Those will be delivered normally, I think.

I'm wondering if there is going to be a bounce storm once Yahoo pulls the plug on groups? Granted I think the number of messages in flight today for Yahoo is much lower than the past but at some point

Yes, the restriction of No Attachments applies to everyone. The A shows up when a member sets a size limit on restrictions.? If you changed the Default Subscription Setting for that, it would show up
