We need more information! Are both groups premium groups? You can't Direct Add members to a free group. Do you have moderator privileges to view the Members (not directory), Invite and Activity?

Andrew -- Anecdotal evidence suggests that this can happen if someone deletes their groups.io account while they still have a subscription pending. The only way I know of to clear it is to ask support
