Disappearing highlighting
Ok, this is odd. A member creates a new post on our groups.io site.? He copies and pastes into his post, text that includes highlighting--green and yellow. 1. The post on our groups.io site shows *NO

Re: A few questions about transferring a group
Perhaps the transfer method I used would be of use to you.? I downloaded my entire group list from yahoo into a database, but you can use Excel if you don't have Microsoft Access.? That gave me a

Re: A few questions about transferring a group
Yes. But here¡¯s an idea. You could make your group a ¡®premium group¡¯ for one month for $10, which would enable you to ¡®direct add¡¯ all the members (I.e., email addresses) you want to,

Re: problems with cox.net accounts?
Not delivered; equivalent to disappearing into thin air. Not in the spam folder, or others. Cox.net addresses not bouncing as far as the groups.io website is concerned. I'm fairly certain it's a Cox

Re: Can someone explain to me... unsubscribed for marking a message as spam
I think in the circumstances it is reasonable to conclude that on the balance of probabilities that the member concerned didn't mark the message as spam. Groups.io only sends emails to individuals who

Re: Can someone explain to me... unsubscribed for marking a message as spam
Thanks Shal - I bet that would be helpful. Maybe if they also added the ability for owners to add words to this spam unsub notice, then we could explain it in our own group voice and it would be less

Re: Can someone explain to me... unsubscribed for marking a message as spam
Chris, I thought that had been mentioned in beta, but a quick search doesn't turn it up. So perhaps you could. I think the idea, at least initially, is that these reports are (supposed to be)

Re: Can someone explain to me... unsubscribed for marking a message as spam
Although a good idea on the face of it, some groups (like mine) have the "no email" option disabled, so it won't help us. Bruce P.S. Thanks for writing a first draft. I think we all could spend more

OK I've put a first draft into the location linked above. I'm not entirely happy with it yet, but at least it's a step in the right direction. (I hope) I have deliberately not included copies of the

Re: Responses from members with Yahoo email addresses going to personal instead of group address?
Daniel, It also affects what Reply To links appear in digests and I think those in the footer of individual messages. Groups.io does what it can to influence the behavior of the member's email
