I mostly just read messages that come into my email inbox.? On Yahoo Groups, I had a small group for people with disabilities who used service dogs; or, who were thinking about getting one.? I think the most members including me, was around 8.? It was active enough for people who deal with one kind of disability or another? on a daily basis.? When the neo came into our lives, one member at a time, it was really hard to figure it out, when one member had questions about the change and none of the other members could see the same thing.?

Once all of us were converted to neo, I did have problems with the files section.? I could never get files to download and there was no way to view them online.? I do not know if that has changed as I rarely visit my group or any other group at Yahoo Groups.? The group members started dropping off from posting messages.? Neo was not all that user-friendly especially for those who have disabilities.? I think I might have deleted that group; but, maybe not.? I know that it has not had any activity in at least 2 or 3 years.?

I do not recall how I heard about groups.io; probably, from a message in YGOG - Yahoo Group of Groups, I think that's the correct full name of the group.? I went and registered with groups.io and waited a bit before I created a group unrelated to service dogs and disabilities.? While groups.io seemed clean and uncluttered when compared with Yahoo Groups, it did cause me a few problems.? It is possible that my brain is just differently-wired and that's the main reason for the problems.? I can do most things from my email account.? However, there are things that require me to visit my group.? It is about the same size as my Yahoo Group was, maybe a little bigger.? Since the owner of the watercolor group moved her group to Facebook and the owner of the watercolor techniques group died, I offered my groups.io group to members who did not use Facebook or Google groups.? Since there are also some artistic members in the MS group, I did ask some of them to join.?

Even now, people are still using Yahoo Groups.? I still get messages and reply to messages from my email account.? Much the same as before neo.? I don't use Facebook.? I only have one group from Google Groups for electric vehicle owners or those who are just interested. Most groups that send messages to my email inbox are Yahoo Groups.
