She can see which groups she uses that email address for. She needs to log into your group or any group where she uses that email address. She just has to click on Your Groups in the menu and it will show all of them.

I don't see anything in the Help about not changing an email address for those who are mods in other groups. However the Help is waiting for an update. Others may have that info or more advice.
