Hi from the UK!
I run a large, paid ?account for a Mac User Group in Florida> One of our new members is having trouble creating a profile and writes:
?I am not sure what is going on, but this is the fourth time that I have set up my Profile and Preferences and it won¡¯t take. I click the save button and I have even quit the web browser afterward and each time when I come back, the profile image, the bio, location and website are blank. PLUS, NOW MY USER NAME WON¡¯T PLUG IN BECAUSE IT IS SAYING THAT IT IS ALREADY IN USE. I¡¯ve been the same email address for decades. It appeared to have taken it the first time and now it is lost along with my previous updating the profile.
He¡¯s subsequently got back in to the account and tried again, but it just won¡¯t save the information. From posts to our group it appears he is experienced technically, so I¡¯m bewildered about how to troubleshoot this.
Does anyone have any ideas?
