email control of message delivery settings?

 

Hello everyone! I thought there was a way to change your own message delivery settings for a group using email. I know we used to do that for Yahoo groups, and I could have sworn that you could also do it with Groups.io, but I have looked through the help pages, the FAQ, everywhere I could think of, and cannot find this feature mentioned. Is there a way? Or has my memory finally gone down the tubes?
