I'm considering doing that myself.

The "Expedite for $200" option was not available when I started the
transfers last week, but the button is now there for the subgroups as
well as the main group. Has anyone who is transferring subgroups along
with a main group successfully expedited the transfer(s) after the
process is under way? If so, can you tell if the subgroups got the
benefit of expediting the main group?

I can now answer my own question for the benefit of thers in the same situation. I paid the $200 to expedite the transfer of our main group and the transfer completed in just a few minutes. (The group was already in the last queue "awaiting import into Groups.io.)? The subgroups maintained their places in the queue, with 500 to 600 groups ahead of them in line. I submitted this question to [email protected] and Mark Fletcher responded, confirming that "The expedite fee only applies to a single transfer."
