Great Name!. I know this not likely the case but is it possible that you have the flag set that causes new members to be moderated for some number of postings? ?
Also, why don't you look at the (default) capabilities for new members for posting?
Finally I always request the person to:
? ?Send me a screen shot if it was an online error. (on a pc CTRL+PrtScrn then paste the clipboard into the message)
? ?Forward the rejection email so you can review it which may plainly state the issue
