I have a fairly simple setup. I have a domain which is registered with GoDaddy. I am using an email forward to go from that email address straight?to Gmail. I don't think any of those have throttles or greylists that I'm aware of.

Not really a bug. Among others, , spectrum and roadrunner are known to delay/throttle mail delivery. If you can get a copy of the header of the delayed message, paste it into the analyzer at?.?This will tell you who's holding things up.?
