Turns out that SPOT has problems with the long address that was created in the integration process. The address works if I send a test message to it myself, but SPOT has problems handling it.

Is there a way of creating an address that is shorter?
Joe -- There is currently no way to create an "alternate" email integration address within groups.io that meets your requirements. The integration address has to be long and complicated to not only be unique to your group/integration but also to provide some assurance that it won't be guessed/hacked.?

If you have access to email forwarding of some kind, you could have SPOT send it to a shorter address that's within your control, which is subsequently forwarded to the groups.io integration address. I know that GMail has this capability () and a lot of other services do, too.

Hope this helps,
Bruce
