I'm not sure what you're asking, so if this answer makes no sense I guessed wrong.
The list of group settings on its home page apparently doesn't say whether the group accepts HTML messages or not, nor whether there are photo size restrictions in place. Perhaps it ought.
So possibly the only way you find out is by sending that group a message with an embedded photo.
