doesn’t have anything to do with my screen or zooming.

Have you actually tried zooming out? Or is your text already as small as you can make it?

Your first screen shot looks like the ending drag handle is misplaced or something. That seems like a bug to report to [email protected], if you haven't already. Beta isn't for bugs.

The bit with the editing tool buttons is a little less clear-cut, but Su has reported it as a bug so we'll see what happens.
