There are NO error messages that "say something about" anything -- an error
message may or may not identify exactly what happened, but you ALWAYS need to
read any error messages and you have to be able to provide the EXACT error
message to anyone trying to help you.

Most email bounce error messages will start with a three digit number -
that number is critical because those numbers are all specific kinds of
errors.? The actual definitions may be more detail than you are interested
in, but they are important to identifying the cause of the problem.?
