Checking in on all my fellow flutists

 

Hello everyone. Just checking in on all of you. Haven't posted here for a while. Glad to report that things are going well. I'm able to split most of my notes, but I still have a lot to discover. How are you all doing?
 

Hi Amanda,
I've been a little bit too busy. After playing in the pit for
Anastasia, went directly into Fiddler on the Roof at the same time as being
involved in the orchestra's chamber concerts. This weekend I have two
concerts - the orchestra has one today, and the concert band has one
tomorrow. Yes, there can sometimes be too much of a good thing! Glad to
hear all is going well for you.

hi Sandy. Glad to hear you're playing a lot. That's good practice. Although I've been playing the flute for 22 years, I still have to practice every once in a while. Especially if it's something I'm learning. Good luck. but I mean is, I wish you luck with everything you have to do regarding the flute. The flute is a beautiful instrument, and I love it a lot.
