Salad Dressing
¿ªÔÆÌåÓýHello, ? I was wondering if anyone could recommend a salad dressing recipe. I¡¯ve been looking for a good one with no sugar for a while but haven¡¯t been able to come up with anything. Does anyone have one that they¡¯ve used in your healing journey? ? All leads are greatly appreciated. ? Thank you, Gail |

I made a salad dressing from equal parts of flax oil, pumpkinseed oil, olive oil and ACV. Shake in a small jar with a lid on and it should turn creamy. If it separates add a little more pumpkinseed oil. It has a tangy taste and works great for dipping raw cruciferous veg's. I also came up a recipe for a "ranch" type dressing that is based on the FO/CC: 12 TBL Cottage Cheese 6 TBL Flaxseed Oil 3 TBL - 6 TBL Milk 2 TBL ACV 1/2 Lemon Sqeezed 3 TBL Dijon Mustard 2 TBL Raw Honey 2 TSP Garlic Powder 1 TSP Onion Powder 1 TSP Dill Weed 1/2 - 1 TSP Celery Seed (to taste) 1/2 TSP Pepper 1/4 TSP Salt 1 TBL Dried Chives or Parsley (crushed) Mix CC and FO and 3 TBL milk as with muesli and add the remainder of ingredients. Add more milk as necessary for consistency and refrigerate. Makes about 16 ounces of dressing. Shake in a small jar with a lid on and it should turn creamy.? If it separates add a little more pumpkinseed oil.

Also, as far as the amounts, I used 1 ounce of each, which made enough for a meal of raw cruciferous veg's, and a little more than needed for a salad.
