Hey guys I was wondering if you guys ever experienced this. I had a
blood test done a week ago and noticed that the area in the arm
around the vein is bruised and has some swelling. My arm feels kind
of weak too.

I wonder if my blood isn't clotting right or something. Does the
fo/cc cause the blood to thin? Any ideas?

FlaxSeedOil is a mild blood thinner. I have had "bruise marks"
different times from blood draws. The higher the amount of flax oil
used the more likely to have such marks.

no but I'm taking Pau d'arco tea too. This tea is also known to be a
blood thinner. I'm going to go get some vit k right now

Yes, FO thins the blood somewhat. That should not be a serious
matter unless you are on blood thinning medication. In that case you
should make allownaces for it.

What you need is vitamin K which is the natural blood clotting
agent. Get it from deep green vegetables, especially Swiss Chard and
Kale - not from pills. See this link for more information on the
foods containing it: There
are many more informative sites. Just do a search.
