Hi Boricua,

I do not know this method but it sounds very similar to the BEST (Bio energy
stress testing) and with that I have some first hand experience. You can
read about it here It is to
my knowledge the most wonderful test one can do for health. This test
measures in detail, what vitamin and mineral deficiencies one might have and
a diet is then prescribed according to the results of the test. The diet
will then include the foods to eat to restore the balance of the
deficiencies. It is quite expensive though, but it will also reveal all the
foods that you might be allergic to and what to avoid in the diet. I have
seen magnificent results in very ill people after having had this test.
What I found fascinating about this test is the fact that the doctor sat
next to me, and called out certain foods - The ones that he called out that
I didn't like showed a very negative reading on the test, so inherently we
more often than not know without realizing it, what foods to eat and what to
avoid. We simply need to tune in to that inner voice of wisdom. Hope I don
t sound too way out :-)
