Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me out with the Eldi oil application? I did look in
the file section, but was not clear on if I should apply it to my
legs and arms also. When I take a shower with warm water, the oil
just seems to come off my body really easy. I tried to make the water
as tepid as possible, but it does not seem to make a difference. By
the time my twenty minutes are up, there is no oil to shower off. I
have been thinking, should I just steam myself in the shower, put on
the oil after my pores are openened and then stay in for an
additional 20 minutes before soaping up? I am trying to make sure
that it is getting in my system and not just being rinsed away! Any
help would be appreciated.

I put it on every part of my body that I can reach. My skin is dry at the time. My body absorbs the oil immediately. I don't always go in for a warm shower within 10 minutes. I sometimes forget. I very rarely soap it off. I have never had a problem with oil on my clothes or linens.

I have tried putting it on after a shower but it stays on the skin longer. The warm shower after 10 minutes helps drive the oils into the skin more.

puzzled about showering for 20 minutes in warm water, because the oil
seemed to just come right off. I wondered if it was penetrating and
getting into my system.

Eldi Oil is also a Budwig treatment, if so what is it for and how should I put it on?
