I personally think that's going overboard. If the concern is the fact
that soy's a phytoestrogen, my understanding is that it actually
blocks the estrogen receptor sites, inhibiting estrogen's
growth-promoting functions. For reasons unrelated to estrogen, I think
it's best to avoid nonfermented soy (e.g., soy milk).

If I was to use 1 of the above products, I would choose CULTURED soy
yogurt. I have no idea how well it works as a mixer for FSO.
