You each explained it well. One thing that I forgot to add to my
message is that in each of her books, Dr. Budwig referred to her
menu list as "GUIDELINES."
She definitely didn't mean that each person should eat all the foods
she listed in the menu.

metastasis (which I did). But that 20 minutes of walking a day just
aint cuttin' it.
