Lymph nodes

Janet,

re the lymph node problem

I am probably being really dense here, but what do you mean ratio 3:6 and
6:12? I don't quite follow what you mean.

Michele

I too, have often wondered about lymph nodes and why they appear
larger or smaller. How does his relate to he cancer ? If they are
large does that mean that they are more cancerous ? Does it mean that
if the are much smaller that there is less cancer ? Can you have an
enlarged lymph node and have no cancer there anymore ? Like I said in
a previous post, if I only take the ratio 3-6 instead of 6-12, I
notice that my lymph nodes in my neck are much larger.
Take care,
Janet

Janet

When do you eat the second serving of FOCC - towards evening or at lunch? You mention when you eat the full 6 FO to 12 CC amount in a day, the nodes are not enlarged. Do they stay un-palpable until you cut back to 3 FO and 6 CC ?

thanks, steve

Hi Janet

The answer is yes. I've been told there's a link (whatever that means)
between epstein-barr virus (mono) and the lymphoma I have - follicular
center cell NHL. In high school, i had two long bouts with mono and my
neck lymph nodes were like golf balls - much, much larger than they are
now. i dont think i had the lymphoma in high school though. Many
conditions can bring on swollen "glands" such as the flu and other
infections. The only way to know whats in the node is a biopsy. In
many lymphomas, recent research has shown that the "microenvinonment"
within in each node can and does vary. Hence, biopsies dont always
provide useful info of whats going on in the whole body, just whats
going on in that particular lymph node. me personally, i've declined
biopsies and bone marrow extractions.

Steve:

This is very interesting as I had mono as a highschooler. I developed NHL follicar, small cleaved cells in 1998.......did no treatment but alternative. The nodes melted away.

BUT devloped BC in 2003 and 2006 - my oncologists see this as a depressed immune system which can not fight off cancer. Hummm

After 10 years without a node, I have one that appeared on my neck, small but it is there. before going into panick mode, I will have a root canalled tooth checked, which is right above it, first. I have a strong feeling that something is brewing under the capped tooth.

Looking back, I think my cancers were brought on by humongous amounts of stress over the course of many years which totally depleted my body of defense mechanisms.

It probably is quite more complicated than this; however, stress is what I am trying to minimize with great difficulty.

Hi Martine:

What alternative did you do in 98 to melt the nodes away - was it the BP ?
I admire you looking into other possible factors such as root canals.

The mono I had was very intense - missed school for 3 weeks each time.
Coincidentally or not, I also had my four wisdom teeth removed about the
same time. Two and half years later I developed testicular cancer. I had
surgery to remove the tumor and then a radical (17 inch incision) surgery to
remove the lymph nodes from my front section. In retrospect, this was the
stupidest thing I've ever allowed a doctor to do. They took out a major
portion of my immune system and left me with about 300 surgical staples
(metals).

Keep reminding yourself your body was designed to heal itself. If it isn't,
like mine, there MUST be a reason(s) why not. Also keep in mind that every
person on the planet has cancer cells in their body. It's only when they
get to a certain number that they call it cancer. With the BP as the major
solution, AND looking at other contributions such as dental issues - you/we
all can overcome this condition.

Best regards, Steve

Dear Steve:

I am not sure I remember all the particulars of the protocol I
followed 10 years ago for NHL but it was a major cleanse: No eating
for 10 days and taking a mixture of Sonne 7 amd 9 plus
supplements...... I must say that it was very hard the first three
days, thereafter, I felt terrific and my mind was razor-sharp.

The cat scan that followed no longer showed lymphs nodes that were
swollen.

So, essentially, it was ridding the body of major toxins....

But now, I developed BC in both breasts, three years apart which
proves my immune system is still not working "properly"

I started BP a few weeks ago and feel well. I also worked with a
disciple of Dr. W. Kelly and his metabollic approach.

As Melanie stated in her post, it is often difficult and fear
inducing to choose one protocol and stick with it and not succumb to
the pull of others which often make grandiose claims of curing cancer.

I believe the Budwig protocol has solid rational foundations as it
corresponds to my belief, philosophically, of what the entire world
is based on : energy.
