Update, LDH down

Eric, that is just brilliant. It also shows how the body is a little
forgiving..and how when we stray off, it's not quite as enjoyable as we remember
(well that's what I keep telling myself).

Hi guys:

Had more bloodwork done & for the first time since my lymphoma relapse
last fall, my LDH is in the normal range. It fell from 207 (three
weeks ago) to 179. According to the Ohio State lab, normal is
100-190. Needless to say, I am thrilled! I was actually kind of
worried since I had been on vacation & strayed a little. I did have
my focc twice a day & some vegetable juice daily (but less than at
home). However, I confess that I did sample a couple scones that the
English proprietress of the B&B made for afternoon tea (they were
superb but after that I boycotted the teas). On the plus side, I got
a lot of sun at the beach & got to bed earlier than usual.

In September I'll repeat the CT scan & get a more definitive idea of
what my lymphoma is doing. For now, I am optimistic. I continue to
feel great. I'm so glad I found this group.

All the best,

Eric

Hi Eric,

What wonderful news, Eric! It's so good to be in the normal range!
Even a couple scones couldn't interfere with all of your efforts.
Many congratulations! I'm glad you are feeling great.

Hi Eric, it's Lisa from NY. So happy to hear your
news. I just got back from vacation too, and also
strayed. My scan is mid Sept. We'll see. So hard
sometimes, to stay true, when no symptoms are present.
Anyway, positive thoughts to you with your scan.

Great news!

I have NHL (marginal zone, indolent, stage IVa) and am just starting
the program. At 42 years, with two young boys, I have cause and need
to hope and work for great results like yours!

Thanks for the inspiration.
