Oops...sorry Ilona. I forgot (second time I've done this today:-), to
answer about the pritamin. It's some sort of red pepper product,I think
it's similar to jarred pimentos (small pieces of red pepper often used
to stuff olives). Pritamin is used interchangeably in the recipe with
paprika, which is a powdered red pepper product.
