companion nutrients are not part of the Budwig Protocol.
Dr. Budwig didn't mention them in anything that I read.

Thanks for your answer. I did remember that in Cliff Beckwith's
collection of testimonies, he did mention that some patients have
successes using Companion Nutrients in place of cottage cheese.

I'm a bit desperate as cottage cheese (organic or otherwise) cannot be
obtained here where I lived. I tried making cottage cheese (refer to
message #28958 Alternative Cottage Cheese recipe), but with little
success.

Forgive my ignorance, but my father's prostrate cancer condition is
getting worse even though he has been on FO+fresh/skim milk for about
two months.
