I found some broccoli sprouts at my local supermarket the other day. I
had read that they have very significant anti-cancer properties, so
decided to try them. I found them delicous---they taste much better to
me than do alfalfa sprouts. They are both sweet and spicy---good all by
themselves or in a salad. I expect it is no problem to produce broccoli
sprouts at home using a jar or a sprouting kit. But it did say on the
box of sprouts that these particular sprouts are from a specific type
of broccoli that guarantees it contains a significant amount of the
main anti-cancer ingredient researchers have identified in broccoli
sprouts.

Is the product called Brocco Sprouts?
