The last I heard from his daughter Otto continues to do very well. The
daughter does not have much close contact with him now.
He sold the family home in Germany. It seems he had a Polish
housekeeper who became more than a housekeeper and he has
moved to Poland, married the housekeeper and has not made a return
trip to the US.
