OT---swelling and weakness in arm after blood test--help please
oohthisloveis
Hey guys I was wondering if you guys ever experienced this. I had a
blood test done a week ago and noticed that the area in the arm around the vein is bruised and has some swelling. My arm feels kind of weak too. I wonder if my blood isn't clotting right or something. Does the fo/cc cause the blood to thin? Any ideas? |
Wilhelm Hansen
Yes, FO thins the blood somewhat. That should not be a serious matter unless you are on blood thinning medication. In that case you should make allownaces for it.

What you need is vitamin K which is the natural blood clotting agent. Get it from deep green vegetables, especially Swiss Chard and Kale - not from pills. See this link for more information on the foods containing it: There are many more informative sites. Just do a search. Wilhelm ----- Original Message -----
