Can anyone give me some ideas on reducing what I believe is chemo
related edema. We stopped chemo 5 weeks ago and are still using FO/CC - and for the most part Paul is doing much better execpt for two things...he is really badly swollen from fluid retention and is having a very hard time with constipation. Of course the diuretics prescribed by the docs are useless as well as the stool softeners and laxatives. He has a good appetite but it becomes difficult to eat -or drink- when he feels so "full". Can anyone in the group give me some guidance? kirsten |
