Hemp oil does have the "perfect" Omega-6 linoleic fatty acid to Omega-3 Linolenic fatty acid ratio of 3:1, BUT the problem is that due to government regulations, hemp seeds must be sterilized,

You would get a lower average fat content, but not sure it would be necessary. But then I didn't use organic cottage cheese. Daisy 2% worked for me. Rod in MN/USA
