It¡¯s the flaxseeds that should be consumed within 15 minutes of being ground up unless you mix them into a little honey which preserves them from oxidising for days!

I read somewhere that it should be consumed within 15 minutes. You could put oil mixture in a jar mixed and get an immersion blender battery operated to take on the go.

Hi Larissa. Bladder Cancer is tricky. There¡¯s no cure. All dr can do is detect and treat. Bladder removal doesn¡¯t mean you are cured. Plenty of examples of cancer recurrence in this worst case
