cells, which your body has been doing for years. So remember that cancer is an immune system breakdown, that needs tender loving care not annihilation. The radiofrequency ablation-- is that where they give you a glucose blocker injection and then use radiowaves to kill the cancer cells? Interesting that your fish test for her2+ also came back negative I wonder how many people get a fish test to confirm a possible misdiagnosis? Anna ----- Original Message -----

I happened to know a gerson person in my area...but if you go to their site www.gerson.org they have a list of people who are trained...not cheap tho. But it was worth it, I learned so much. Of course I also declined chemo. Incidentally I had a masectomy when I was first dx and a year later here I am with a dxs again. I had 2 nodes affected of the 13 they removed. I had 1-2 swallon nodes recently, but I am sure they have reducedwhen I checked them today. I have been putting a poultice of plantain on them 2x a day. I pick these from the garden. Hi Anna, Thank you so much for your nice emails. I have been so overwhelmed with everything, I'm sorry it took me so long to answer you. After the mamogram they did a core biopsy...ER/PR weakly positive at 20% Her 2+ but FISH came back negative. I got to spend 20 minutes with the radiologist in her office looking at the mamograms...the long fingers (not the technical term) made her believe that it was aggressive, as opposed to a nice round lump. I do question everything and have made quite a few people very unhappy! I am working on the mental part too, through hypnotherapy and meditation, I bought a rebounder yesterday, and a Gerson practicioner came through my house and CLEANED it out. She threw away everything from detergents to mint flavored dental floss! The wierd thing that is going on with my family and lymphoma...It can't be genetic because both my mother and father have it...the only thing I can think of is when I was a child we lived on a beautiful ranch way back in the country and the guy 2 miles up the road had a septic tank service/wrecked car service and dumped all that stuff on his property. We all had well water...who knows. I just wrote Karl about my discoveries just before going to see my surgeon, radiofrequency ablation, instead of surgery. I gave a little overview in that email. If you're interested let me know. Did you have radiation or chem after your surgery? I know that if I have either of those I will compromise my immune system so much that this problem with the lymphoma will rear its ugly head. My dad has never spun out of the radiation he had. Thank you for your kind emails. It has been such a support, I don't feel alone. Hugs, Janet |

From: W. Hansen Hi Pamela, I don't understand why you can't buy whole organic flaxseeds and grind them yourself. I can buy them in every health food store as well as in the bulk food section of some of the supermarkets. Dr.Budwig said not to use pre-ground flaxseeds. That is what I am going by. I am therefore not familiar with any pre-ground flaxseed brands. |

Hi--Sorry I didn't write down your name who recommended speed
healing! Thank you for bringing this up!! I didn't have time to scroll back through all the messages to thank you by name, but was intrigued by what you said, and did some research re lymphology and speed healing. What I found out may be of interest to all of you out there, if you, like me, think that techniques to speed healing at a cellular level by optimizing the lymphatic drainage/function sound like an ideal adjunct to Budwig. Dr. C. Samuel West, the originator of Lymphology and Speed Healing, died a few years ago, leaving all his sons to carry on spreading the word about his techniques. One of his sons, Steven, did a new updated version of his Dad's training tapes about these techniques -- more direct and to the point and professional -- his Dad's are more like home movies, filled with volunteers from the audience and him demonstrating his techniques on live guinea pigs, while regaling you with stories of how he developed the techniques, etc. So Steven sells the course for $995, and his other sons, one of whom I spoke to at length, and told me these differences between the videos, sell the older, less "professional" system for $500 -- or $250 up front and $250 pledged over the next 3 months ($100, $100, $50) or $400 right now as a special all at once! Very nice people, and I am going with the older, full of more rambling information from the originator, version myself. The site for his original tapes is : www.speedhealing.com. Hope this helps some of you who, like me, were interested, but could no way handle $995. :) Karen |

Yes, Esther, I think the Oil Protein Cookbook is indispensible to
someone serious about closely following the Budwig Protocol. You are right---it is more than just a cookbook. Anyone interested in picking up a new or used copy of the book as economically as possible can go to either www.half.com, and do a search under books: "oil protein cookbook" or new copies are available from www.barleans.com. Price, including shipping, should be under 10 dollars. |

Dr.Budwig said not to use pre-ground flaxseeds. That is what I am going by. I am therefore not familiar with any pre-ground flaxseed brands. Wilhelm I was wondering if the already ground up flaxseed would work with the budwig protocol. I purchased Spectrum - Cold Milled Organic Ground Premium Flaxseed - as I couldn't find anything else. Will this do? Sincerely, Pamela Yoo |

I know that Dr. Budwig emphasized the importance of eating everything freshly made. The ground flaxseeds and the oil, when exposed to air, can lose their electrons very quickly. That's why Dr. Budwig said not to eat leftovers, but to eat each fo/cc meal within minutes after making it. I'm not familiar with the product that you named. If it is sealed in a dark container and refrigerated, it may have some value. Maybe Wilhelm or someone with more experience with knowledge of whether a product like this could still be healthful could answer your question more thoroughly. Canadian study on Flax seed and breast cancer
Hey, here's some support for the Budwig protocol and breast cancer. Exciting
for me, since that is why I am on the protocol: Friday April 13-- Study: Common Seed Fights Cancer A recent Canadian study shows that a common seed may be a promising new cancer fighter, researchers say. Dr. Paul Gross of Princess Margaret Hospital and a team of researchers from the University of Toronto asked a group of newly diagnosed breast cancer patients to eat two tablespoons of ground flaxseed each day. Then, Gross' research team analyzed samples of their tumors. The study found that flax actually slowed the growth of breast cancer. "The scientific community is very interested in this study," Gross said. "We've been bombarded by other investigators from around the world." Researchers found that in less than a month, the women taking flaxseed slowed their rate of tumor growth by up to 33 percent. There also was nearly a 60-percent drop in the spread of the most aggressive cancer cells. "Flaxseed is the first nutritional product that has been studied, and that has produced hard scientific evidence," Gross said. According to the study, researchers believe that a fiber in the seed helps to sweep the hormone estrogen out of the body, which blocks its ability to make tumors grow. Flax would be the first cancer treatment that isn't a chemical, researchers said. However, since flax is a food, it doesn't have the backing of a drug company. Researchers said that they don't know how much longer they would be able to continue their work. Some cancer support groups believe that the data shouldn't be ignored. "There is a community out there who are hungry for this kind of information, and it won't bother them that it's not a pharmaceutical," Sue Wright of the Willow Breast Cancer Support Center. "In fact, it might even encourage them" |

There is no need to jump off the rebounder to stimulate the lymphs. You can sit down on it and bounce up and down. You can sit on a bed and bounce up and down to get the fluids moving. It will be good for you. Kathryn
Will doing this type of rebounding do any good?Elliot,

Dr. Budwig's cookbook
I recently received my copy of the Oil Protein Diet Cookbook by Dr. Budwig.
I am so glad I ordered it! It is much more than a cook book, it helped to really understand the use of flax oil and seeds, and how to portion our food intake throughout the day. The suggested ways of preparing food also were wonderful, and allow for using your imagination in ways to prepare the food to be tasty as well as healthful. This book is way than a cook book....should be entitled more like, "practical applications of the oil protein diet in your everyday life" Hmmm....maybe not! Esther California |
Re: Eldi Oil
Androutsos @ hotmail.com
Where can I buy Eldi Oil?
Maria Hi Ren, Eldi Oils are an important part of the Budwig Protocol. They are a blend of different oils/ingredients for external application. They increase the take-up of essential fatty acids through transdermal absorption. The one that is mostly used is Eldi Oil "R". It comes in the biggest bottle (500 ml) and is the most economical. See our files under "Budwig Protocol" for more information on Eldi Oils. Wilhelm |

a nurse:
MICROWAVED BLOOD KILLS! In 1991, word leaked out about a lawsuit in Oklahoma. A woman named Norma Levitt had hip surgery, only to be killed by a simple blood transfusion when a nurse "warmed the blood for the transfusion in a microwave oven"! (J. Nat. Sci, 1998; 1:2-7). Logic suggests that if heating or cooking is all there is to it, then it doesn't matter what mode of heating technology one uses.
