TRIED EVERYTHING & SOMETHING MAY BE WORKING

In good physical shape. Only negative, is my nagging prostate nuisance. Maybe the FOCCFS grounded can take the credit? I take it before 08:00 with tea (chamomile, green, pepermint or pau d arco) My urinary diary: 06:35, 10:22, 11:17, 12:00, 12:20. From 13:26 to 17:00. That's 3.5 hrs w/o any urges in spite of my caveat lunch (Einstein's hot dog and a Red Dog beer) I'll try pumpkin seeds plain. Thanks for being there. Flaxseed oil has more Omega 3 oil than Omega 6 oil. Flaxseed oil is the richest vegetable source of Omega 3. Omega 3 Oil is also called Linolenic acid. Notice the similarity of the words linoleic to linolenic. I read the net widely and would like to see these studies that blame flax oil for promoting illness. A Google search did not turn up any. Every other month a study is published stating that ALA (alpha linoleic acid) from flax oil is promoting cancer. Flax oil (Budwig) protagonists explain that one has to mix flax oil with sulphur bearing proteins like quark/ cottage cheese to get results. That's indeed the best way as lipids are only water-soluble and bio-available when bound to proteins. The researchers used only one component of this recipe - why? But they missed one more thing - why? Finally I got the reference from Dr Budwig about the effect of single alpha linoleic acid (ALA) on malign cells. It was written in her book "Tod des Tumors" (Death of Tumor), p 133. Yes, ALA pushes cell growth. Budwig concludes that cancer tissue is defined by growth disturbance. This opinion is supported by the histological manifestation of a cancer cell - 2 kernels in 1 cell. The cell diversification starts with building 2 kernels and stops then. The weakness of this cell, hence its inability to build 2 new cells is the cause of malignity. This growth disturbance can be repaired in vitro and vivo with flax oil. The cells divide again, but they are not malign anymore. Hence the observation that cancer tissue grows 250% with ALA. The researchers only forgot to test the grown tissue for malignity. Some researchers. Outer tissue like mucous membrane is disposed, inner tissue is reduced by apoptosis. So ALA does cure cancer by completing the interrupted growth process of cancer cells. And with sulphur bearing protein it's even better. Lipids are only water-soluble and free-flowing when bound to protein; thus the importance of protein-rich cottage cheese. When high quality, electron-rich fats are combined with proteins, the electrons are protected until the body requires energy. Hi Alan,
I used to live in Asia ( Bali for 11 years) and while there are many healers who can heal cancer, there are also many dangers of living in Asia. Parasites and pollution being two major ones. I feel a liver cleanse would be good for you, but I would do a parasite cleanse as well. Do you have Dr. Clark's book, " The CUre for All Cancers"? You can order it from They also sell the herbs you need for the cleanse and the zappers. Also, watch out for pollutants. Are you in a big city? Protect your liver by avoid car exhaust ( nearly impossible in asia- but worth looking silly by wearing a mask), pesticides. Search out organic foods. Sometimes there are expat farmers growing organic foods. Or find old farmers who can't afford pesticeds. I used to buy veggies from a really old lady who grew wonderful veggies with no pesticides and loved getting money form the bule ( white person) who lived in her village. I kept her in betel nut and the occasional new sarong for years. The pesticides come in 50 lb bags with the warnings in ENGLISH and then get broken into 1 kilo bags by the brokers with no warnings attached. The farmers have no idea jow dangerous they are or how to properly use them. They frequently spray right before harvesting. And of course the ubiquitous cigarette smoke. If you smoke, you'll never beat your cancer unless you quit. This may sound obvious to most people, but you'd be surprised who powerful the addiction is at creating denial. And avoid all smaoke. You may have to stop eating out to avoid smoke. Finally, I know how hard it is to avoid fried food in asia. But worth the effort. train your cook, (assuming you have one, most expats do) to cook by steaming and to fry in the wok with veggie stock. Use coconut oil to cook, and buy it locally from someone who makes it, not from the grocery store. Also, I had very results with Chines herbs. Is there a Chinese herbalist in your area? do you know if you have cancer in any other area as they say that liver cancer is usually secondary, I have a friend here in Canada that has Liver cancer and his doctor told him that he has cancer someplace else as well but they can't find it........another friend has cancer in the liver but he also has it in the lungs, he uses Pau d'Arco tea and also Flaxseed Oil and Cottage Cheese.......he feels confident that both of these alternatives are helping him. I know there is concern over phytoestrogens and prostate & breast cancer - but that not been proven, and I think the people here show that its not true. Could you provide me some links to this information, I'd really like to review it. Respectfully Mike |

PROSTATE INFLAMMATION / BLADDER NOT EMPTYING
Besides us two, I wonder how many of us out there mirror us with same like
symptoms. After emptying one bottle and no improvement with Peenuts, Dr. Wheeler suggested "order another bottle, sometimes it takes more than one." After ingesting 1.5 bottle of Epilobium (the eye dropper had a hole so it evaporated, Art was kind to replace @ no charge) my current dribbling started, coincidence? I say the ethanol did it , but then again, who am I? My bladder does not empty. (since '99) My sex life has been suffering. I can go for three hrs (couldn't one year ago) w/o any urinary urgencies, and as soon as I have water or red wine (I thought red was easier on the prostate than white?) it's every ten mnts to the water closet. (john, urinal, call it what you will) push below navel and dribble some more. I've taken: TEAS: pau-d-arco, green tea, peppermint, chamomile. Prelief, prostate massages w/o drainage, SawPalmetto and its companions, cranberries (right, great for uti's (urinary tract infections) but hell on urgencies. Quercetin, minerals, E,C, magnesium citrate, cod liver oil softgels, digestive enzimes, and it's like taking placebos, nothing is making a dent. THANKFUL FOR NOT HAVING PCA, YET. FOCCFS is taken daily, our dog gets two tsp. in his dry food, by the way his 9th year rabies, heartworm checkup came in clean, my inability to stop his shedding is frustrating. Below is a message just received from Nancy Keelan. Nancy is one of the daughters of a good friend who was the executive officer of the LCI Gunboat on which I served in WW II. Nancy is a registered nurse. Some time back her father told me that she had two rare, aggressive kinds of cancer and wanted me to send her the info on Flaxseed Oil and Cottage cheese. From time to time we are asked whether or not it is helpful to use the Flaxseed Oil in connection with chemo and radiation. This communication may be of interest and help. Cliff Dear Cliff, This letter is long overdue. My father I hope has kept you updated on my condition. I am doing well 3 month post-chemo and radiation. I felt I had to do traditional medicine as well as not traditional being the mother of 8-10 and 12 year old children. I wish I had the guts to say no to the destructive treatments but I had to do what I did. I do believe in the merits of flax oil and try to encourage all my friends to use it. It seems there are more and more young people 38-48 being diagnosed with cancer it is becoming an epidemic. I continue to take between 2 and 3 tablespoons a day mixed either with yogurt or cottage cheese, yogurt being my preference. I listened to your tape and realize cottage cheese is the preferred protein to mix the flax oil with but I find yogurt goes down much easier. I have to say the only problems I have are directly related to the radiation and chemotherapy invading my bone marrow. I had continued the flax oil throughout all my treatments and I believe the doctors were amazed at how well my blood counts continued throughout my treatments. I never missed a treatment and never required epogen to boost my counts. I can only hope that by continuing my flax oil I will remain disease free. An incidential benefit I believe has come to our son Patrick who has some learning disabilities. He had been on Ritalin for one year after much pressure from the school and his teachers. After one year we took him off Ritalin and started the Flax Oil. Patrick is now consistently bringing home 90's in every subject, and the teachers are not complaining about his inattention. I have to say the only problems I have are directly related to the radiation and chemotherapy invading my bone marrow. I had continued the flax oil throughout all my treatments and I believe the doctors were amazed at how well my blood counts continued throughout my treatments. I never missed a treatment and never required epogen to boost my counts. I can only hope that by continuing my flax oil I will remain disease free. An incidential benefit I believe has come to our son Patrick who has some learning disabilities. He had been on Ritalin for one year after much pressure from the school and his teachers. After one year we took him off Ritalin and started the Flax Oil. Patrick is now consistently bringing home 90's in every subject, and the teachers are not complaining about his inattention. Quite remarkable I feel. I hope this letter finds you well. I thank you for all the information you have sent to me and my dad. My father looks great, I believe in part to the flax oil. My mails got lost in the changes of computors and travelling. I was particulary interested in "Mels" Rolling Stone Project as I would like to do a liver clense but in some reciepies it advises against a clense if ill . well I have been on the full Budwig diet 50 ml a day about 24 Gms Vit C and a stack of other Vitimins and have steadily gotten worse . my liver is lie s piece of bone in places and is enlarging to my stomache . I am also m=now taking some "sectert herbs and spices " from Laos that has reportedly cured many cancer victims . I answered a lot of mails concerning my problem but afraid I probably missed the replys. I do not know the Gerson degree of success but I believe it is less than Dr. Budwig was able to achieve. My Oncologist thinks somewhat like the Cancer treatment Centers of America I believe, except she would not suggest the Flax Oil without the sulfur based proteins and is coming closer to Dr. Budwig's protocol as she sees it working. My whole quarrel with what is happening in the Americas is that we will not experiment with what Dr. Budwig has found to work because it would greatly damage our Pharmaceutical Industry. If they would and doctors would go along with it we would enjoy the sunshine on some beach instead of at the computer.
