To Ken
I also moved last year and drove straight through for over 20 hours with a
break at night. It is very fatigueing, and especially if you have a health
challenge, I would not recommend fasting while you are doing it. If you bring a
cooler with you I dont see why you couldnt have healthy food and FS/CC on the
way. Prepare as much ahead as you can and package it in portions. As for juice,
you can put some in a thermos bottle, and also use powdered green drinks. You
will want to keep your strength and energy up for the drive. Also, many fasting
plans require enemas and they sure would not be easy on the road!
Fast after you get moved in, as part of clearing out your old life!

Subject: Fasting while travelling?
I am moving from Montreal to Alberta which is a very long drive.? I
will be sleeping and driving straight through and I was wondering if
anyone has any ideas on how to best accomplish this.? I have been
considering doing some sort of fast for the duration of the trip.? My
thinking is that since I have not done any type of detox and it will
be too complicated to the fo/cc or fresh juices, it would be a good
opportunity to try something else for a few days.?
Any ideas on what is a good cleansing fast?? I was thinking about the
three day apple fast but I am open to any good ideas.
Ken
