I am certainly no expert, but from what I know, and I guess from common
sense, I would say that with regard to anti-cancer properties, cabbage
juice might be best because of better digestibility---better
availability of phytochemicals, etc. Then would come raw cabbage, as
well-chewed as possible, and then cabbage soup, which, because it is
cooked, would have the least amount of good stuff in it. It could be
that it's a toss-up between raw cabbage, well-chewed, which would be
better for the digestive tract and the bowels, and cabbage juice.
Certainly it appears Dr. Budwig put sauerkraut juice first.
