Flaxseed meal has very little fat(12-15%) left
after processing,so you will obtain very little omega-3 fatty acids. The fiber
and lignans are intact, so you?are still getting some benefits. I advise
people not to purchase flaxseed meal, only because the omega-3's are missing,
and it can be expensive. Hope this helps.

Subject: Re: [FlaxSeedOil2]
Question.
What benefits, if any, can be derived from flax seed meal,
3 tbsps. per day,
mixed in water, juice, cereal (soy milk), etc. Thanks
for any information.
Stuart
