I think it depends on how much heat, for how long; And on who you believe.

Hi,
Thiere is point that I have seen rather often that I want to question.
Heat kills Omega 3. We are warned not to cook with Flaxseed oil.
How then does it help to put Flaxseeds or Flax flour in bread?
Maybe there is an answer to this that escapes me at present.
Does the Biochemist who advocates this have any studies that show
scientifically that there is a difference in cancer prevention, etc. by
the
use of bread with Flax flour and ordinary bread and no other differences?
