A little note on curry.
Curry contains only a small fraction of Curcumin. A standard curry powder would include: turmeric, coriander, cumin, pepper (essential), cloves, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg, tamarind, and chili pepper.
Curcumin comes from turmeric. Turmeric contains only 3 to 4% of Curcumin. So, you will get a substantially higher amount of Curcumin buy purchasing it in standardized capsules that contain 95% Curcumin.
Price is $19.95 for 180 caps at 500 mg (95% standardized) from:
OR an even better price is available from Swanson which has
Curcumin C3 Complex 900 Mg 60 Caps for $8.99
This product contains bioperine to aid assimilation. Get it from Swanson Vitamins at:

Steve and group:
Interesting you bring up curcumin.
I've been mixing grounded brown flaxseeds with curry powder (3.5 oz/.99)for two months now. Can this combination be the reason for the drop in urinary urgencies?
I can now go for more than three hours without any urgencies. However, the urgencies return when I drink kosher wine with its high sugar content, (it's not even posted) must be off the charts, or maybe the wine industry is not required to post. (also, any form of alcohol and acidic foods)
Never the less I have to believe that my prostate inflammation, BPH, is dietary related and ingesting the right foods and avoiding the wrong ones determines whether I get well or worsen.

Regarding FO/CC for arthritis, BOY DOES IT WORK!!!
I must mention, however, that I also added another supplement at the same
time as I started the FO/CC which also is a known anti-inflamatory. So, I
think both it and the FO/CC may have made it so that I can now walk long
walks each day without pain. My joints are 90% better now. That other item
is CURCUMIN. You can read more about it at:
