Visiting UK, Oct 4-17, 2023

Alright Fuckfaces!?

My wife and I will be visiting the UK October 4-17. Anyone want to have a drink/some food?

She has been (25 years ago) and it will be my first?time.?

Any recommendations on neighborhoods to stay in London, Manchester, Sheffield??

Our interests are food, drink, architecture, some history, I'm sure we'd like to browse some second hand/thrift shops (whatever you call them over there).

Maybe we'll see some of you soon!

Adam

Eyup Adam,

You'll be swamped with recommendations for Ldn & Mcr. I know my way round Sheffield tho', could even be a native guide if you're there on a Thurs or Sun.

Cheers, Pete Conk

If we're in Manchester, we usually stay somewhere near St Peter's Square. Loads of hotels
and easy walking distance to the centre, restaurants etc.
