How can I remove DXK? Control panel doesn't work. Tried to import four logs from DXB and to say I have a mess is putting it mildly. Want to start over. OS is XP.
To un-install DXKeeper, you would use the Windows Control Panel's "Add/Remove Programs" applet -- but there is no reason to do that in your situation. To start over,
1. start DXKeeper
2. open the Config window's Log tab
3. note the filename shown in the "Log file" panel at the top
4. terminate DXKeeper
5. using Windows Explorer, delete the file you noted in step 3
6. start DXKeeper -- it will note that the specified log file does not exist; you can now direct DXKeeper to create an empty new log file, and begin again.
If you describe what you mean by "I have a mess" above, I'll be happy to give you a hand.
