So, looking at this -- Assigning three cores to Spot Collector, and one (?) to PropView? Should one then go through ALL apps and restrict them from using the cores that SpotCollector and PropView are

I use 1.1.1.1 and just did an LOTW upload via DXKeeper with no problems. I also connected via the internet. Tom - KQ5S
