Re: Commander: Ham Bands Only check box location

¿ªÔÆÌåÓý

In the Commander window, the Ham bands only checkbox should appear under the frequency display.? If the Commander window has been re-sized, the checkbox might be not visible, perhaps.? If your Commander window doesn¡¯t look similar to mine, as seen at , make the window larger.

Subject: [DXLab] Commander: Ham Bands Only check box location

?

I'm working my way through the manual and help files.? Guidance for Commander, section on Changing Frequency (p 50), refers to a check box for "Ham Bands Only.'??

?

I have not found the location of that checkbox in the Commander window nor in the Configuration window for Commander.??

?

The checked box seems to result in the up down buttons to the left of the VFO frequency changing frequency by ham band.? My current buttons cause frequency to move up or down by one MHz.

?

The Ham Bands Only checkbox must be obvious, but I'm just not seeing it.

?

Thanks for help[!

Re: Graphics cards and Monitors for the shack/ DXLab (about setting affinity)

Do you need to keep Process Lasso running all the time, or can you run it once, set your parameters, and then exit?

Thanks,

I ended to code an alternative to JT alert which is named "Wait and Pounce".?

While I read the doc there I don't understand yet how to handle and what to send to Commander

My main goal to make it simple, is to send message to Commander to set a new QRG to my TX. Is that possible? If so how should I format my UDP message?
+ The UDP protocol does not guarantee delivery. You can direct Commander to QSY via messages conveyed via TCP, as described here:

I've been away and finally got to importing 2400 WPX SSB Q's into DXkeeper.? After import I did lotw "add requested" and then 2566 Q's were recorded as sent to lotw.? approx 58000 Q's in the log.
?
Then I noticed something that I've never used or seen before that DXkeeper "filter" box was set to show only lotw confirmed.?

I have no idea how the filter got set, but I had updated to the latest sw and databases prior to starting the importing of the adif. ? Sure enough all Q's after 1/16/2025 were not shown in DXkeeper.? After 2/8/2025 I had also imported roughly 1000 Q's from WPX RTTY and sent those to lotw.? After a bit of searching for how to turn of the "lotw confirmed" filter, I cleared it with no change in DXkeeper displayed log (still ended 1/16/2025)? CTRL plus X clear made no change.? Both adif's were imported from N1MM contest logs.
+ To remove all filtering from DXKeeper's Log Page Display and sort it in chronological order, depress the CTRL key while clicking the Filter panel's X button.

+ Now that you can see all QSOs in the Log Page Display in the order they were made, are you still missing QSOs?

Trying BAK log files also had no change, all after 1/16/2025 were missing.? I suspect 1/16/2025 the last lotw upload btw.
?
So I'm stuck in not seeing several thousand Q's which were uploaded to lotw but invisible to DXkeeper.?
?
How do I fix this??
?
Hypothesis:? DXkeeper got stuck in displaying only lotw confirmed Q's when I imported the WPX SSB adif with the filter set.? Clearing the filter now doesn't work.

Today I worked TX9A in FT-8
everthing was logged in wsjtx adif file, where also 5 other qso, which where imported to dxkeeper already, are in.
Usually the other 5 qsos are skipped, not so in this case, when the last one is "illegal" he imports the 5? and the illegal one?

Then the main window is open off screen.

Close all DXLab applications *except* Launcher and Commander.
Open Launcher -> Config and click "Reset" in the bottom row.

This will move all windows of any open DXLab application
back to the main screen.

Re: Highlight range of records?

There is no need to highlight anything. After backing up the log, filter the log display so that it contains only QSOs you want to delete, then ctrl+click on the "Delete" button above the log display pane to delete all of the QSOs in the filtered log display. Note that this includes all QSOs displayable using the scroll bar at the right, not just those currently visible on your screen; if you don't filter the log first, ctrl+clicking on the "Delete" button will delete your entire log.

Re: Highlight range of records?

After you have filtered the log, control-click the delete button. It should delete the selected range of QSOs.
