Re: Disappearing calls on bandspread dial
I downloaded the latest driver for the video card, and it is still misbehaving. Since it was working perfectly this morning when I first started the system and later in the day it started going wrong,

Re: WAC report
Dave, I guess I started a tempest in a teapot! But I think because the QSO must be verified, I would prefer to see the WAC Progress report show 'V' to avoid any confusion. I assume that in your

Re: WAC report
If an LotW confirmation of 7O1YGF is my first confirmation of Asia, then my assumption is that I can 1. submit this 7O1YGF LotW confirmation for DXCC credit 2. after the DXCC desk grants credit,

Re: Start up audio
In the next version of Commander, each slider is set at startup to its value at the end of the previous operating session -- but this may be different than the radio setting at the time Commander is

I'm not sure I understand why they have to be initialized and in doing so over-ride the value the control was set at when the software was terminated. Then I have to reset them. de K2GN/Larry

Re: WAC report
Hi Dave, Actually LoW QSLs have to be submitted to ARRL and approved toward a DXCC award (I'm not sure about WAS LotW QSLs for WAC NA). The way you worded that sounded like you could submit LotW QSLs

Im not sure what you said before, because I do not still have the email. I wonder if you are typing in 9U OHHH and clicking on DXCC. That would indeed show up correctly, because It is only looking at

It's no longer necessary to convert spreadsheet data to ADIF. DXKeeper can now directly import a comma-delimited file as long as it - provides a header row that specifies the field order - presents

Re: Start up audio
Yes, when you start Commander, each user-defined slider initializes the transceiver setting it controls. I am reluctant to complicate this with a "check to suppress initialization" option. 73, Dave,

Re: Two (or more) users/logs?
A workspace is just a folder that contains a file (containing registry settings) for each DXLab application. Workspaces live in the Launcher's Workspace folder. 73, Dave, AA6YQ

I can't test it at the moment, but I'm fairly certain that switching Windows users means shutting down all applications and then restarting them. Even if it doesn't, you can't have two different

Those settings are reasonable, Ken. The FX-5700LE is a reasonably powerful video card. It sounds like your system is intermittently entering a mode in which the CPU rather than the video card is doing

Re: WAC report
The WAC progress report now considers QSOs confirmed by QSL cards and QSOs confirmed via LotW. A QSO confirmed via QSL card doesn't actually "count" until it's submitted to and verified by the ARRL.

Iva, be sure you are using the proper call--- 0=zero O equals the letter OH That confuses any lookup data base if you get the wrong one typed in. Danny Douglas N7DC ex WN5QMX ET2US WA5UKR ET3USA
